If you mean the changing the language in OS X then its in System Preferences -> International. Move your preferred language up to the top of the list.
Otherwise, I don't know what you mean about the keyboard.

This does the trick, I've added Spanish and Dutch as example. I don't really use Spanish, Dutch only
You'll find it in System Preferences > International > Input Menu, or you can click on the flag in your menubar (if enabled) and select "Open International...". In both cases you can select the input languages you want and switch between them.

You have a Western Spanish keyboard, and want to only have your keyboard be in Spanish...
What Phillip suggested is exactly right, if it's showing up as English, uncheck it and make it Spanish.
(Damn, beat by 1 minute, and he even had a screenshot! )

Apple + Shift + 3 to take a fullscreen shot.
Apple + Shift + 4 to select an area to take a screenshot of.
Apple + Shift + 4 + Space to select a window to take a screenshot of.

command + shift + 3 for a screenshot of the whole screen or command + shift + 4 for a selection (your cursor will change into a target), then select the part of the screen you want to be on your screenshot or hit space to make a screenshot per selection of the screen (a single window, desktop only, menubar only, icon only etc.). The screenshot will appear as pdf on your desktop unless you hit command + shift + 3/4 + ctrl
@Bling3k12 Damn you! He specifically asked for MY help!!
