I am curious if you could change the file upload settings so I can UL files?
Or, if there is a reason, let me know. I have PMed Neobond and never got a reply.

You can upload upto 250KB of files per post.
You can also externally link to files with [IMG] tags.

PMSing on admins usually won't get you a very good answer.

How long do the files stay uploaded to those sites?

I'm in the restricted:Mac group. That has something to do with it.

I believe that when you have a restriction put in place on your profile, one of the things to go is your abilities to upload....but don't quote me on that.
If you are looking to upload pics, I recommend photobucket.com

I have pictures on photo bucket and i love the service. It shows you the monthly bandwidth you are using (and how much you can use) and ur monthly hits, and how much storage space you are using. The pics stay as long as you want them to stay.

If the admins have disabled uploading for your group than yes that will have something to do with it. A supervisor or admin will be able to give you the right answer.

Yeah, you don't discuss this in public. PM a mod/admin

He has pm'ed an admin but he'd do better pm'ing a supervisor.

Considering he's restricted, his allowance has probably been docked.

Restricted and 100% warn? I dont think you should be allowed to upload, but anyways, that's IMHO.

Restriction from the Mac forum note the (Mac) and any warning level will not stop you from uploading -- to my knowledge.

It will if the group permission was incorrectly configured. This is most likely just an oversight.
