I'm the proud new owner of the new samsung D500 mobile phone, when I was sold the phone I asked about connectivity to my computer and they recommended the Kondor PC-MA700 usb blue tooth for my computer, I followed the instructions and installed the software and followed the instructions to find my device my phone wasn't listed and I just selected PDA in the list... I carried on installing the software and then searched for available blue tooth devices, I paired them and even entered in a pass key on my phone, but when I click on the button to launch a full connection the software tells me it can't find the phone, or that it cannot access it. I've made sure my phone has non security options enabled. I've looked on the website for Kondor and it doesn't include an update for my phone, seeing as this is Samsungs first blue tooth phone non of the other samsung drivers work.
I believe its all to do with the Driver I've selected to install and that its my proper phone I was wondering if any one has managed to find a work around, and if not whether I should be taking this blue tooth item back to the store I bought it from and asking for a refund...
