Full Version: Suggestions numbering two

Chode
1) Before the upgrade, when a person wanted to link to a specific post, the URL to link to that post was part of the date/time when it was posted (Today, 11:53 AM for example). Now, it is on the right, under the Post number. Any chance of having the hyperlink on both?

(yeah, I know it's nitpicking....but meh)

2) Any chance of having the Edit Time on the "A Collection of Essential Guides" forum extended to, maybe forever? This would allow a person to update their guide in the future, instead of having to tag a post on the end of the thread or repost (or harass already busy staff members).

I too kinda have a suggestion, is there a way to make it so that you can automatically log in? Instead of having to click log in everytime you come to the forum?
Slimy
@Neonemesis do not delete the neowin cookie, set your app to not delete it
@Chode I agree, edit time is often a big issue

Slimy, im using firefox, i have it set to delete all cookies for when the cookie expires. But it works with other invision boards, just not neowin.

That is a feature already built into neowin. It is just a bug since IPB 2.0. Clearing the cookies don't work.

I don't see a problem with either of those thumbs_up.gif

Thread starters can always edit their initial post. If this has changed, post it here.
