For some reason, my Classic skin taskbar has gotten a bit thicker, and I can't figure out how to get the thinner version back. Any ideas?

unlock it and then drag it down as if you were going to hide the taskbar completely. it will drop down a bit, back to the proper height. This happens to me with certain applications that have big tray icons, applying a theme then switching back to classic, or changing the font. Funky problem, but easily fixed, if what i am describing is indeed your problem. Hope this helps

Didn't fix it This sucks. I even replaced my Windows Classic.theme file with someone else's with no luck either.

Hahahaha, I'm so stupid. It was the language bar that was causing this.
