I'm having problem with my md players and getting fed up with sony. I originally had the MZ-NE410 And I had huge issues with it's hardware and software, It ran through a fresh battery in half an hour just by listening to it. I wasn't even recording! I lived with that problem for a few weeks when i discovered that I could put any more songs on my md. I even tried buying new discs. At one point after about an hour of timing out and other frustrating errors, I got 1 Song on. It started to record another When It said I had Completely Filled The disc. I was Clueless.
So... I went to Future Shop and Got The Newer MZ-N420D.
After A month or two i started experiencing the SAme Problems! ( no battery problems tho) So I've Finally Got Extremely Fed Up And brought it to future shop this morning.
I stood there Frustrated at the fact I couldn't Refund it or even get an exchange for a new one Until It had undergo unsuccesful 3 Repairs! I was furious.
At the moment My parents Won't Let me get a new one because my dad beleives it will come back fixed. Ya right!.
I was wondering If There's An alternate way to get songs on w/o using the Sonicstage App.
Anywayz, I was looking Into The Creative MuVo TX FM 256Mb Player. Because My parents won't spend more than C$200. About $170 USD. (if you are american you may use XE.com to check what C$200 is. I would appreciate some feedback on what could possibly be wrong with my player, and if there are any alternative Players you would recommend.
Plz help me I got The original Player On Jan 12 04 For my birthday, And this problem still hasn't been resolved.

i hate to say it, but Sony is very overrated... i have never had a sony (well i dont think ive ever had a sony product) product that is reliable and longlasting...
i have the original muvo and i love it... very small, but only 128MBs... if you dont have that much music then the 256 would be fine for you.

Does anyone know a site that sells some good mp3 players under C$200
My main Problem Is 3 Repairs Will take like 7 months at least
