The theme patcher is so easy anyone can do it, click the exe, let it do its thing, CANCEL file protections, accept the unrecognized file versions, reboot, done.

I perfer to use the neowin patcher in safe mode, anyways

go into safe mode
run the patcher
reboot.

Get a visual style from neowin

ex.

Visual style name is azure

You have to extract the zip or rar to C:\windows\resources\themes

The msstyle has to have the same name as the folder ex

C:\windows\resources\themes\azure\azure.msstyle and any other file from the zip in this folder

azure.msstyle has to be in a folder called azure

azure is used as a example, diff visual style should be in replace of azure

The only thing I've found unusual is the launch bar which seems to add an extra space. With other VS I have 4 icons in my launchbar, with Roue there are only 3 icons.
