I have a quick question!
I was looking on ebay and saw a decent deal on an ipod. The only thing that im worried about is that it says it is a fourth generation model. What does this mean? Were there differences between the different generations? Is one generation better than another?

Please help!

Forth Generation is the newest model, which is the best.

4th is the newest, the newer the better.

it's the latest generation

4G, it only has a clickwheel and the battery lasts longer (Says Apple)

Does the ebay one look like a decent deal, or are there better places to get one?

The usual Apple prices are around $350. Anything below that is a deal. Just be careful of eBay scams, etc, etc.

The known problem for 4G is the Audio Defect, but that is mostly on the 40GB version.
