these are the mini skins. The one I had looked identical to the first link but wasnt a mini
I have never seen an iTunes skin for Winamp, but I have seen one for QCD. If somebody took the time, it would be possible to almost perfectly duplicate iTunes as a Winamp skin.

the point is customization, exactly what this section is about, skinning. someone may like the gui of itunes but not the way it runs.

It's nice, but I am a bit old school and still prefer the classic skins. 
Only modern one I like so far is MMD3. 
The only skin for Winamp 5 that uses the layout from iTunes is Winamp 5 Single UI (right click -> save target as...).

Nice that you found it yourself, but that doesn't really look like iTunes.

I have that skin. Its nice, but is glitchy.
Apple seriosly do need to implant enque into iTunes...only thing that has me using other media players at times.
