you can only use Windows 98 Drivers, IF and Only IF they're WDM, and these are not. sorry, go get a new camera, or DUAL BOOT and use your camera in 9x.
there is a chance you could get it to work if you follow this

Windows 2000
We began development on Windows 2000 drivers for use with our camera, but unfortunately ran into some hardware problems. In order to even use the camera you must install the camera and have it functional on a Windows 98/ME machine to update the camera’s firmware. Due to the problems encountered, the driver development for the camera line in Windows 2000 was terminated. We did however develop beta drivers to use on our cameras but they were not and will not become a finished released product. for customers that choose to test them, they are available. The problem is that they are for use at your own risk and will not be supported by technical support by email or phone. Some customers have had success others have not. If you do choose to try them you can download them, the readme file and instructions from the link below. Once they are downloaded and in use the camera is no longer able to run on any other machine other than the Windows 2000 operating system. The user assumes all responsibility for their use and interaction.
there are 2 or 3 files in their FTP Site, that could make it at least 2000 complaint which could get you somewhere, but you need to be in 95/98 to update the firmware.

you could try this, or get a new camera. if you can get the camera to at least 2000 status, you could have a chance to install it on XP. because most 2000 drivers, work on XP as well.
