My dads friend whanted me to upgrade his system from 98-xp and he lost the disk and I can't seem to find drivers or support

It would appear that he upgrade from windows 98 to windows XP and he wants drivers for the handheld in the included picture.

even if he found his driver disk he is not sure if it has a driver for xp

his friend gave him a p1 laptop with 98 on it so dose anyone know where to download software for it thanx in advance
