I want to buy Painkiller: BOOH (Battle Out Of Hell) but I didnt buy the first Painkiller... Do I need Painkiller to play BOOH, or is it like, a 2nd part or something? I mean: do I need to buy and install Painkiller if I want to play PK: BOOH?

As far as I know - yes, its an expansion and needs the original game.
no you do not need the original painkiller, just run the setup off of the cd manuely. it will prompt but just click next. once its done detecting.

BOOH is a great expansion.
I have to say it's one of the worst game's I've ever played. The first level starts in an orphanage, you have to chop up kids with a rotating blade thing. I'm really glad I downloaded it, it would have been a total waste of £30
painkiller reminded me alot of quake3. guts, gore and blood all other. funny fast shooting and killing action game.
