I have a Windows server 2003 as a web server, with about 70 web site on IIS
some users in thier web sites use Access Database

but if a user writen a bad code and wrong code for using Database in thier web site ( ASP )
all of the server will crash and IIS fail

What's the problem?

Do you have any error messages for us? At all? Look in the system event log and find a specific error if you can Also check the IIS log for any details.

If they're in IIS6, they should be running in different pools and as I understand it, that makes them sort of resistant (maybe not resistant but withstand better) to crashes by other sites. I would check into this if I were you.

Nope, that's why Microsoft made MS SQL Server =) (or you could try Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
