And the next question: what - if any - legal issues must be considered? I need a little help here.

PS - It is not by mistake I am posting here - it is intended for SERVERS, although it does fix a lot of issues on Pro as well. Of course it will need TESTING - and lots of it. And of course it will be unsupported, but so are most post-sp4 hotfixes from Microsoft.

Autopatcher 2000 currently works for Pro and Servers. You can slipstream it along with your install.

and yes autopatcher already does this, and has done this very very well for quite some time

Yes - I am asking in the "Client" forum as well - cause Pro users may have a very different opinion. And trust me, Autopatcher (or nLite for that matter) generally don't support many of the hotfixes that are not available for public download.
