My songs were already prearanged in neat little folders. When I inputted them into Itunes, they folders themselves werent recognized because Itunes uses different folders. Is there a way of using your pre-existing folders with Itunes or do you have to reorganize everything?

Sorry mate but youre up **** creek without a paddle. Gonna have to do it the old fashioned way.

Errrrm.... Wouldnt "add files from folder" do the job? It does search for subfolders.

turn off "keep my itunes music folder organized" under advanced preferences

as for getting it back how it was, you need to do that manually
