I have a pioneer 6x9 240 watts in my car. All of the sudden it sounds like the woofer or the tweeter is rattling. It sounds like the tweeter, but what is sounds like is that it is rattling beans or something on top of it. I dont know how to explain it. But yea its annoying and it makes a high pitch noise. Ive check all connections and the speaker is in securily. Is there anything i can do to fix this?
Tighten the nuts or get a new speaker -- apparently you've played it too loud.

My guess would be either:
1. Cracked cone.
2. Leads/wires rubbing against the cone.
3. Speaker's bad.
4. Loose connection inside the speaker.

i checked for cracks and saw none on the woofer as far as the tweeter i didnt see anything, but since it is so small it could be something small. All the connections look fine. This speaker is only a year old.
