It's usable if you have a minimalistic icon-less desktop. You can see a dock easily enough over it.

It looked allright as a wall on me telly, but I guess my TV is lame. Or I'm just way too into psychadelica. Anyway, thanks for the comments anyway.

I decided to just move it into the "Digital Art - Abstract" section of DeviantART, seeing as though it must be a pretty lame wallpaper. Thankyou for everyones comments, I will keep them in mind for when I do my next stuff.
