Does Y'z Dock work with any programmes for making windows transparent?

I've tried it with both Froost and Glass2k and on both of them the dock just becomes a big white rectangle. Is it something to do with the dock, or is there a free alternative I can use to get my transparent windows?

Thanks

If those programs have an exclusion list, try adding it.

i don't get what you're trying to do. you want transparent windows? they shouldn't affect y'z dock at all.

try: trans2k, transxp, try reconfiguring glass2k, power menu, video card apps, etc.

Thanks for the response, I'll try some of these other programs.

I didn't think it should affect the dock at all either but it makes it all weird.
The dock will appear fine, but as soon as I click one of the dock items, a big white coloured rectangle appears around the dock background. I can still use the dock as the labels still appear, but icons are whited out and theres just a giant white rectangle with about 70% transparency.

As the dock has its transparency settings, are they interfering with each other?

perhaps. what if you make y'z dock 100% opaque?

also, are you using 32bit color? if i use 16bit, i get the rectangle.
