Well this month or Next month i will be getting a new computer. It will be for Web Design, Video Editing, Anything else thats it Dig. But i have a hard time picking. I have looked in to he pro's and con's. That even leds to me to the same place i start.

Windows isnt stable all the time
Few virus on Mac
Very unlikely to be hacked compare to windows. 86% in this world do have windows
Mac is stable 97%
alot of real freeware for both
less games on mac
can do work faster on mac
windows has to many errors that have conflicts with kernal
Mac few problem with unix
less adwre on mac

i have alot more supports for both os. but i just writen down what i rem

if you know what you are doing you cen prevent 99% of the problems you posted on windows yes.gif

it really doesn't matter. the differences between windows pc's and mac's for digital media are negligible nowadays.

Windows isn't stable??? All Windows versions after 2000 are very stable on proper hardware. And what errors are you talking about? Install WHQL drivers, latest versions of campatiable software and it would run smoothly for you.
You're right about viruses and spyware. But there's a quick and easy solution - Firewall + Antivirus. yes.gif

What i mean was that it has problems working with alot of good old programs. I have to say some old programs are better then the new ones. you would think vice versa but not all the time

My vote went to the iMac G5 - although you should probably wait until the new Mac OS, Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger is released. Then you will be able to utilize the powah of the G5 processor even more! biggrin.gif And yeah it's a nice-looking machine as well.
