hi i know i anoy you guys a lot but just 1 more question what is a good upload manager thats free cause i would like to start hosting Icons and small files for people so all they have todo is upload it when ever they want.

You can look for some in the PHP section of hotscripts.com, but you really should read the PHP manual and learn it.

there ya go. no support included and it's up to you to figure out the db schema
The free .Net framework has built-in functionality for file-uploads.
Download it and check it out. It's really simple.
