looks like you ripped tux from that other wallpaper i had for years.

actually your wallpaper is just a gradient. looks ok, but nothing spectecular imo.

It looks similar to that one insanekiwi... but I wouldnt say its a blatant rip of that exact image - that one has its feet turned... It looks like Winmodify's is original and well done...

Its not a rip, I totally made it myself, but it does looks a bit similair to yours I have to agree, but if you look close you'll see the difference, I already knew someone used this tux already but i didnt know his/hers name, but i will mention it in following uploads...
