I cant get mine working properly. When it says it is searching for the songs on it, it wont find any. Is there a way to start afresh? At the moment, I cant delete songs, put new songs on, anything!

There must be a way to start again, and get it with no songs on etc? I really would appreciate some help on this!

I found this on the Philips website:

Question My hdd failed to operate after being formatted using Windows Explorer.
Answer The firmware image has been erased during the formatting process.

Hook up your hdd to the computer.

Launch the Philips Digital Media Manager application and click PREFERENCES to bring out the Peferences Menu.

Click RESTORE and OK to restore the firmware image in your Audio Jukebox (Note: If you have your Audio Jukebox formatted in the NTFS file system, then you need to reformat your Jukebox again in the FAT32 file system with Windows Explorer before restoring the firmware.)

Does this mean that if I format the drive using Windows Explorer (well, in My Computer), I will be able to instlall the firmware again easily and it will work again? I dont want to format the drive and make it totally useless of course...

Someone who owns this player must be able to help? Does this sound logical to any of you people that own other MP3 players?
