so i downloaded this dvd bootleg of an artist i enjoy (totally legal so don't jump on ) and the video is offset about two seconds ahead of the audio which renders it pretty much unwatchable at this point.

what would be the best route to go if i wanted to sync the audio up to the video without losing any video or audio quality? would it take something like premiere or could i do it with a small utility?

the dvd is in a series of *.vob files as of right now.
