So a friend of mine bought a 9000 a while ago and when he installed it, it gave issues and required Standard VGA drivers to be installed first, so I tracked them down and installed them. Recently we wiped his system out because of some problems and now we can not get the drivers for the 9000 in at all. Again it asks for Standard VGA drivers first, but I cant get the system to install these so-called-required drivers or the regular 9000 drivers. Is there any chance someone has had this problem before or has heard of someone having this issue. The system is a WinXP Pro system and it just refuses to use the drivers. Thanks

It dont take the ATI drivers, whenever we try to install their drivers it tells us that it wont install it and then recomends that we try installing Standard VGA drivers first.

So I just tried those drivers and they went in fine, but now when the system reboots it hangs at the Windows XP boot screen. Any other thoughts??
