cool car and everything, but please don't zip through traffic as if you're driving a fast car like 90% of scion owners here do. you have no idea how retarded that looks. smile.gif

Aww your no fun. The car isn't that slow. Surely is a helluva lot faster then my last car (2000 Mazda 626). Plus around here I can zip through traffic since 90% doesn't know what the speed limit is (they go 50 in a 60).

I drive a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid.

This is what it looks like.

Mine is basically this one w/o the spoiler and the sunroof. I have a different spoiler and mine is a 4 door.

for a US car, is hard to be 50MPG

1994 Corrado 2.0 16v in Flash Red...

She's not the fastest thing on the road with 157BHP (stock is 136BHP but this has been fitted with some different cams) - but she handles well and despite being that old with 169,000 miles on the clock she still turns more heads than most cars on the road smile.gif

This is my renualt clio, iv only been driving about 2 months, so there a couple of scrapes in it as expected, but i fix them after i do them biggrin.gif

I drive an 89 Jetta GTX with the same engine as your car in it. It may not the the quickest, but if you want fast AND reliable, theres nothing better out there! (other than the random other problems corrado owners seem to suffer rofl.gif )

Yeah definately. Again, with the KR cams from the 1.8 16v, power is hoiked up by over 20BHP and 160BHP on the roads is all you need unless you plan on breaking the law a lot.

I should imagine a nice light Jetta goes like stink with a 9A in it...

And yeah - Corrado's do suffer a bit. So many random problems but mostly down to lazy technicians doing bodge jobs.. people who I know who've owned their Corrado's from new or nearly new rarely have problems because they've either done work themselves or taken them to good garages. Same with any car I spose though!

Well my son's A3 is gone and he went for a littel more power. The A3 didn't feel good on the circuit either (he goes "racing" in the weekends) so there had to be a better car.

Audi A3 1.6 FSI gone
Ford Sierra Cosworth ( +/- 20 years old ) in
---> Cosworth 16V DOHC engine
---> 340 HP
---> Modified turbo ( and damn we love that sound )

Great shizzle, has been beaten by a GT2. That's it. biggrin.gif

J.

PS. Pictures will be added shortly.
Inertia
the ford sierra cosworth may have a lot mor epower than the A3, but its handling is much worse, and its traction is poor as well, i dare say the A3 would beat it round a circuit because it wouldnt need to slow as much for corners and it would gt its power onto the road straight from the line, wheras the sierra will wheelspin for abotu 20 minutes (i might have made a slight exaduration here) before it even moves

Vectra, I've had those wheels over a year now and I got my first scratch last week, i nearly cried lol

Just finished spending 3 days restoring a 10 year old paint job (first time I've washed it since I've owned it and the previous owner never did a hand wash it looks like).

Only mods right now (just got it not too long ago) are a JLT Ram Air Intake and an MGW short throw shifter. The next thing I have planned is the exhaust. I'm not sure on the midpipe yet, but it will be an H pipe, and a Flowmaster American Thunder catback setup with the Series 40s. I don't want loud, I want a deep growl. That set up should give me just what I'm looking for.

Also bringing it in for tint sometime soon. Still deciding what new wheels to get, but it has pretty new tires on it so I'm going to wear them out before I waste them since I'll be getting a bigger wheel.

Anyway, the mod list will go on forever. I haven't decided if I'm going to stay cheap on this one and then upgrade to a Terminator or something, or if I might just do an engine swap on this one for a 4v engine.

Sorry to go on a bit, if anyone could even keep up with half of that I'd be impressed. smile.gif On to the pics!

One like this (but mine is black):

I am still thinking about the ST styling pack, but I need a way to convince the girl wink.gif. Then it would look like this :

Mind: those are not pictures taken by me, I do not have the time nor a clean washed car atm to make some pretty pics.
