It's called ETS. I live downtown and public transit is much more efficient than an automobile. Also, everything is walking distance so a car really isn't needed.

Question, why do people scratch out their license plate numbers when they post pictures on the web? You can take a picture of the license plate number while you are driving, so what's the big deal?

Good question.
But if you refer to my case, believe it or not but i didn't scratch the license plate number. I took the pic in strong sunny conditions, and if you look the pic with windows paint, you will notice that no scratching was made.
By the way, the license plate is IRY-191. wink.gif

its crazy how your camry and my altima are almost identical in size, head room, leg room, shoulder room, yet they look so different.

i loved test driving the camry, but they were too expensive, so i opted for the altima, cheaper, more horsepower, more standard features, better warrenty deal.

i wonder what the weight diferene is. your lotus has 5 less rated horse power but accelerates to 60 in almost half the time. do you just motor around? or does it ever see the track.

Elise is 750kg, 1 series is 1350kg...
Haven't had the Elise on the track, I have a 1998 Alfa 146ti that is stripped out as a track day car - which is currently dead due to a bit of an incident with another car cry.gif

First got it, the radiator leaked. Got it replaced, the second radiator was crap; leaked even more. Got a third one in, it was fine until one morning before school, it leaked all over. Last, and hopefully final radiator just recently put in, working fine. Got to drive it for two days before another problem occurred, this time the starter died.

I keep the interior well cleaned since I'm a clean freak, but I don't really bother about the outside. Nothing really fancy, no expensive sound system, nothing. Just a JVC deck and a pair of Audiobahn 6x9's.

Might add pictures if I get around to it.
While mine isn't the fastest car on the streets, I still manage to **** off ricers. Which is fun; I hate seeing white people driving those ugly things around.

Just an update...

I don't know why I put 3.0L, but it's a 3.8L, giving 140hp @ 3800rpm and 215 ft/lbs torque.

Anyway, the radiator problem hasn't really gone away. Just recently we put in our fourth(?, I've lost track) radiator in, replaced all the hoses, and then the water pump was bad. So far it's been running good. Though, now, the battery icon comes on in first gear, and when shifting from 2nd to 3rd. Not really sure what it is, all cables are fine...
