I always read about people asking, "whats the best card you can get?" so here is my answer.

I just got the Kingmax Platinum SD card in the mail yesterday and its quite simply the best SD card I've ever used, period. I used to have a Lexar 128mb but this is actually WAY faster than it when it comes to reading and writing photos on my Canon and transferring them on my computer. It clocks out at a maximum of 10mb per second which compared to the 3-4mbps that a regular Lexar card would give you makes for a noticeable difference when you have a newer digital camera.

Best of all, its only $23.50 at Newegg.com

Read the reviews. Its the highest rated SD card in the entire website.

If anybody can show me a better rated card with a comparable or better price, well, I'd love to see that. tongue.gif

Here's the cheapest one I could find for you. Hope this helps. I dunno about the performance though. 2mb/sec is standard speed, but for 50 bucks, I guess you can wait the extra second or two? wink.gif It comes with an adapter too.

Oh totally. I love this card. You can just tell what a difference it makes when you take pictures and browse them on your camera. No waiting time at all with my 5 megapixel Canon. I'm amazed that I didn't know about this card sooner. I mean, people in stores buy 128MB cards for 40 bucks and they are just normal speed cards. I'm glad my friend pointed this out to me or I would be yet another sucker in the SD card market. I'm going to add a review to its Newegg listing soon as I can.
