Does anyone have any other ipod pngs with transparent backgrounds like the second one? Also is there some website where u can find random stuff like that with transparent backgrounds? Thanks

Man, that 2nd one is great, that's the new icon for it on the mac.

No it isn't... Do a search in the PNG/Icon request sticky, I posted the real iPod icons from Mac OS X (all of them).
The one Mac OS X uses for the iPod 4G:
