Hi... I was a-wondering if there was any - way to burn files to a CD (as a data CD) through the Mac? I know you can burn DVD movies, make audio CD's etc. with iLife, but I'm wondering about normal, everyday Data CD-R's? Is there a program in Mac to do that (like Windows XP has built in CD burning facilities), or do you have to buy a whole dedicated program for it?

Any help would be very much appreciated smile.gif

yea its extremely simple...

just put a blank cd in the drive... select finder on the dialogue box that opens, then copy your files to it. Drag it to the trash when done to burn it.

Or you could also download a free program called YuBurner, which gives you more options over Disk Utility and Finder's burning capability.
