I want the best mp3 player for nokia 6600. which one should i get

Do you need software to play mp3's on this phone? if so where can I get this software (I hope its ok to post a link to it on this forum, if not pm me please).

To be honest, I would really not reccomend trying to play MP3's with this phone. I had a couple of players for it, and the sound quality was really not good. Equally, the phone doesn't support stereo outputs to a wired hands-free, so you only get mono playback.

Better convert the mp3 to ogg(DBpowerAmp + ogg codec) and use a s60 ogg player.

Both are freewares.

Btw mp3 players for 6600 are not freeware.

mp3 player for a mobile? doubt thats worth all the hassle.

Im using Ultra MP3 on my Ngage QD the quality is way way better than any other mp3 player ive found for series 60 phones. You can play back through the fone its self, hands free kit or bluetooth headset

Once thing i have noticed unless your in a nosy place eg a bus the even the lowest volume is too loud for me, but i guess ive just got sensative hearing
