I have 2 GSA-4120B's and i updated the firmware once before, and i had a few compatability problems, all things aside, i updated them again to get DVD's to burn at 8X. So i installed A104? and it totally messed up my bottom DVD player. Now everytime i put in a CD, it freezes my whole system, no programs will open and nothing will shut down!

so how can i uninstall it, and go back to the origional driver ??

i cant roll back drivers, already tried, said no backups were made

You can't "uninstall" firmware. It's written to the actual drive, not to your operating system.

Try an older firmware release perhaps.
