Hi
I am looking for a prferably free, and ssh compatible anti virus for linux servers.
I cannot control the server via gui it must be via ssh compatible.

I'd recommend ClamAV as well. A lot of companies use it. Its not really used for linux/BSD/etc. much, because there really isn't a reason. Companies, especially email providers use this for their windows' customer protection, also some webhosts. It should auto-update as well.
How come you can't just install a VNC if you wanted to control the GUI (that is if you want to).
