Hey does anyone have a used or know where to get a new Apple 17" or bigger Studio Display. Not the LCD ones but the CRT ones. The last ones they came out with before the LCD's. With the ADC Connector, USB, and power through one connector. I looked on ebay and found a few but i was wondering if anyone was selling one? Also if this is in the wrong section please move it to the right one but i wasnt sure where to post it but since im looking for hardware ill put it here smile.gif

Why do you want one of these displays?
Ricky Smith Old
Because, From what i hear they are nice displays. Plus the resolution is prety high, I have a DVI LCD right now hooked up but I also want another display and the only other port i have is the ADC. Which i think would be cool to use because it does the USB, Video, and power. I'm working on switching all to Mac except my laptop so i took down my PC and took the HD and RAm from it and put it in my Mac. So now im working on expanding. I'm looking to get a more Modern Desk. High Tech looking desk for my Mac with Dual Monitors.

Maybe eBay?

They do used Macs and used Mac accessories, as well as new stuff. Watch that page for any of those old Apple monitors, although I cant say I see any at the moment.

For a CRT, you're probably better off with an NEC, Samsung, or Sony monitor. A bunch of those old Apple monitors had NEC/Mitsubishi Diamondtron tubes or Sony Trinitron tubes in them anyway.

Yea thats why i want to get them. I dont want to get one from Sony or them because 1) its VGA, 2) It doesnt have a USB hub in it 3) it doesnt use ADC which i need to do dual monitors i want to have the CRT on the ADC and the DVI Flat screen on DVI.
