Full Version: Catalyst Control Center Problem

Okay well heres the problem. I just tried opening the Control Center to verify what version I'm running (it was 4.x I dont remember exactly) and I get this error:

"No ATI graphics driver is installed, or the ATI driver is not functioning properly. Please install the ATI driver appropriate for your ATI hardware."

The problem is, I go to Add/Remove programs and guess whats there?

ATI Catalyst Control Center
and
ATI Control Panel
and
ATI Display Driver

I dont get it. I didnt update the drivers or anything so what could have caused this? It was working a few days ago.

A mod may close this topic. I rebooted and it seems to be working now.

I also solved ANOTHER problem where booting took forever. I changed a few settings in BIOS and it boots uber fast now... It was looking for a floppy drive that didnt exist. Bah, idiot MDG cant even config a BIOS system right before selling.
