...when using MicrAngelo, it gives a warning that says it will change the designated icon for all applications, so not sure if I can do this...Zone-Alarm, Pop-Up Killer, Norton AV, etc...are all in my system try with the old icons...I am able to change all the shortcuts, but wondering if I can change the icon associated with the application without changing all the application icons...make sense? smile.gif In short, I would like to right-click the icon for, say, zone-alarm...change the icon...without chaning ALL application files to the same icon...does this work? I thought I would ask before I mess everything up smile.gif

yep, i've done it myself.. make sure you back up your program .exe first..

yea, it will work fine with microangelo or resheck... microangelo backs up the original exe automaticly
Terp
ugh...no, microangelo changed EVERY SINGLE application icon to the zone alarm sad.gif Any way to get it back the way it was short of re-applying all the icons..like an 'un-do' feature? sad.gif

...got it changed back; disregard....think I'll leave the .exe's alone for now

just go to the folder and there will be a (v1) of the file rename it
