That's awsome. I'm really glad the Mac-Minis are being released. I've been dying for a good workstation for Maya, and while the Windows model works flawlessly, I do enjoy the Aqua Theme that Mac OSX can provide, plus it will be a great tool for those interested in considering a switch from Windows/Linux to Macintosh. Apple's biggest flaw has always been their poor marketing schemes, so maybe they're finally starting to realize that not everyone has infinite checkbooks.

You do realise the Mac mini isn't ideal for 3D Animation & Rendering Applications such as Alias Maya. Then again, if it's just for personal work you've got no worries there - but if you require a faster machine then I'd recommend either maxing out the RAM on the Mac mini (3rd Party 1GB = £142 by Crucial), or getting a Power Mac G5.
