How can I capture video from my vcr onto my hard drive. I have a fx5900u (vivo) card. When I sty with virtual vcr I get an error that basically says it can't start the graph. When I try with virtualdub it dosen't capture anything but the audio. I'd really like to save some of my old movies onto disk before the tapes finish wearing out. Thanks for any help you can give me. smile.gif

Do you have a camcorder? If you do, and you have some AV cables, plug them into the output on the VCR and record onto your camcorder, then dump them on the computer. Thats what i do.
