Just got my zen touch. Some of the reviews say its hard to use the touch strip, but I find it easy. Good sound quality and high volume.

It's quite easy on Touch because there is a separate "Ok" button.
On the Micro it takes some time because it functions as a touch pad and an ok button.(For selecting)

i use the touch pad as an ok button aswell, there is ano option for that
