Hi all. I have an iPod 20 gb 4th gen. I find it extremely huge (in size) and I will be using it in my sounddock and when I need to go on the road. For school and other uses I am looking for another mp3 player. I am really interested in the shuffle because itunes would work with it and my music collection i have set up in itunes. How is the quality? I used a creative mp3 player.. (the one that you take the battery off and insert it into the usb port) and the sound quality is TERRIBLE
I want the size (physical) of the ipod with the same storage, and/or the price.. It can even be smaller.

shuffles are wonderful devices, light, extremely portable and fun to use. Quality is just great, and some ppl have reported that it sounds better than the normal iPods.

just buy a Tape adapter for the card that has ya knwo the 3.5 jack and a casset tape at the end and take the ipod with you.
This is the first time I've heard of Creative having poor sound quality. Most people complain about faulty headphone jacks, but I think thats mostly people screwing around with them [the 'oh he has the problem, so i'm going to tinker with mine to see if i have it' syndrome].
Go to a BestBuy or something and play around with them. I went into one the other day and the guy asked me a million times if I wanted to listen to anything on them.
