Treating Swollen Knees
The best way to treat a swollen knee due to injuries or overuse is to follow the RICE System:

Rest your swollen knee.
Ice your swollen knee.
Compress your swollen knee.
Elevate your swollen knee.
If you’re looking for leg elevators or leg cushions to more easily get your swollen knees and legs elevated, click here.

if you got a 24 hour Sav-On/rite aid open, go and buy a knee sleeve (about $15) and slip it on.. it'll help w/ the compression and keep your knee cap in place.

I'd go see a doctor too... I've had my ankles (sp?) bruised several times, they also got very swollen... so it might be the same as your knee... (which I bruised once too tongue.gif)

As long as it doesn't cut the circulation off to your leg/foot, it's fine.
JakeM741
ok, thanks smile.gif
