I just notice that when i try to view someone's post i have to click on the person reply to view it. To explain what i mean i here's a screenshot of how my neowin screen looks in a post.
You need to change the "View Mode" to [Standard], just above your name on the left.

He may of used SnagIt to take that screen shot, as it allows you to select a scrolling window, and it'll take a screen shot of it all as shown in the image. He may not of used SnagIt though, but I know and have used that option with SnagIt.
