I don't know what happened, but after using my OWN appleID and password, I logged in and was somehow presented with somebody else's information/contact details?
I went to:
http://www.asia.apple.com/support/registration/
Then,
http://serial.apple.com.au/app
Where I signed in using my own appleID. After signing in, it said:
"Hello, Colin Lam | help | logout"
(I am not Colin Lam, whoever he is).
I can see his personal info (address, etc) as well as:

I myself own an iPod, but I REALLY don't think I paid for all of those 90 day telephone support AppleCare protections... (because I am not seeing my OWN information, but some other guys?).
What's going on? Database mix-up? I want my OWN information! See the attachment.
Update
Apparently, those 90 day phone supports are actually for me! I have purchased a couple of iPod shuffles this year (maybe not 5) but I do own my own iPod with AppleCare and have purchased a few more this year - although I did NOT register any of them under my own AppleID, they were purchased for friends/family.
I used Internet Explorer and the problem seemed to have disappeared, with my name instead of Colins. Strange...
