Project Looking Glass Port v1 by Kenta

I made this skin because I was ****ed at the fact that I couldn't fina a way to get Looking Glass, so I brought it to Windows.

I made a Y'z Dock and ObjectDock bg.ini, so here you go!

It's only the first version, so don't expect a perfect port yet.
