Well I bought a £100 dvd +/- writer and it was external, I used it for about 9 months on my laptop then bought a pc, I took the case off and put it into my new pc. Now i'm having problems burning to my intenso 4.7gb dvd rw's (i've tried about 10) yet no success.
I have no idea where to find the brand, i've looked on the original external case and the back of the actual dvd drive itself.
Please help

it has nothing else on it.
