I am trying to capture video with my ATI all in wonder 9800 pro. I do it with windows movie maker and it is fine, but not the best quality. I got a version of pinnacle with my video card and tried that and virtual dub, but the audio and video would always be very unsynched. I know i can fix this easily with virtual dub( set fps to match audio length) but then I would have to resave the file and all that crap. I think it is getting unsynched because when i record at high quality the hard drive can't keep up. Anyone have solutions for this?

i use moviemaker 2 then encode to dvd with win avi
