Greetings, I'm looking at buying a 1GB SD card to use with my pda. (Its currently Tungsten E but will be switching to PPC when the new OS comes and prices drop.) A quick search at Newegg shows that this will set me back about 70-80 bucks but as a new buyer, I have no idea which brand is good/reliable etc or how to interpret the specs. Can anybody take a look at this list and recommend a good reliable card between 60-80 bucks? Thanks.

Oh wow, newegg revamped its site. Sweet.

I'd go with this one. I own the 256k version of it and its the best/fastest card i've ever used.

Ok, lets clarify things for a second.

First, the axim x30 line has minor problems with the kingmax card (it sometimes requires you to take out the card/put it back in for it to be recognized)

For all I know, this issue might have been solved a while ago.

Second, the kingmax will perform the same as that sandisk card, if not better. Ppcs are limiting both the cards read and write speeds.

Its a tough decision. I would go with the kingmax.

or you can try your luck with this:
