It has arrived a week early. Wohoo!

The Dell Pocket DJ came in a normal box, nothing fancy like iPod Mini or Zen Micro. I took it out and charged for 2.5 hours as it stated in the User's Guide. After it was fully charged, I noticed that it had some sample music but I didn't give a damn about them. tongue.gif Well, I went to the Dell DJ Explorer and removed them and added all of my music collection and started listening to it. Currently, I'm just using 600MB so I still have a lot of space. You can also use Windows Media Player 10 or MusicMatch Jukebox to transfer songs.

The EQ settings are awesome in it! There is also a date/time feature. The headphones are not that bad either. I heard some mixed reactions about them that's why I was considering to buy new ones. All I need now is a case so I can protect it. (edit: got it)

Anyways, I suck at writing reviews. tongue.gif They are short but to the point I guess. All I can say that this is exactly what I was looking for. I'm am completely satisfied with Dell Pocket DJ. smile.gif Below are some pictures that I took of the DJ.

It's 5GB, and much cheaper than most other microHDD players. They are actually Creative Players with Dell name on it.

As PrototypeX2 said, it's 5GB. It was actually $229 when I ordered it, $50 off. With shipping and tax, the total was $260. smile.gif Was a pretty good deal.

Thank everyone! smile.gif

how well does it fit in your pocket? How well the iPod fit in my pocket without noticing, and being really easy to control while in my pocket was the deciding factor for me.

hehe, 1 more edit: you added all of your music collection and it only took up 600MB? Maybe you should have gotten a 1GB player...

Well I'm trying to get more music collection. biggrin.gif Fits easily in my pocket too and I can control it, using the wheel-barrow button. No problem at all.

Darn, I want one. Crappy Dell Axim X30 624mhz for my audio player. I had to run it at 208mhz and backlight off to squeeze 6 hrs out of it.

If your intention was to have your pda as a music player, you should have gone with the rx3715. Marathon battery life, and you can turn the screen off.

Btw, I belive wmp10 has an option to turn the lcd off while playing in all pdas. Should save lots of battery life.
