I like it, good job

Looks very good, but I'd prefer monochromatic buttons like Clearlooks or Plastik rather than the red and blue of Luna. The tabs might be better with the yellow stripe like in Luna, rather than the blue one, but that doesn't bother me as much as the buttons.

you do have permission right or are you getting them?

Aren't they gpl?

It's a nice idea, although I'm not a fan of the luna style captions.

The rest looks good though.

There should be a possibility to use a one-line taskbar - for this the startmenu button should be smaller.
