Welps I dropped my IPOD and well now the thign is that I cant see the screen. Like the backlight works but the text does not appear.

I think that part of the problem is that you broke it
Now, part of the solution would be to contact Apple, and ask them what can they do . Maybe its still covered by the garantee?

that exact thing happeend to my 3G iPod a few DAYS after i got it at a party i was having... i be nice, invite some friends over for my birthday, let them stay in my room listening to music and play on my xbox while i go downstairs on a friends box and system link with them.. when i got back they had dropped the damned thing and i couldnt see the text on the screen. apple gave me a new one like 2 days later it was covered by the stores guarantee
