I've never used royal, Storm was originally a mod of my K-OSX Tiger theme jackass. And the taskbar appears to be a recolored LHA taskbar, except for the buttons

the taskbar is the royal glass effect.
LHA isnt the only VS with this glass effect. there are many of them.
so.....

Yep, Krezno's right, Ortega's last effort a 'longhornish W9DProm mod' was also a craptacular rip pieced together from different Styles... including Storm also if I remember correctly.

The differences between these two styles are marginal if you ask me, people will always try to replicate looks and add their own style, this doesnt make it a rip imo, its someone elses interpretation.

Load up Firefox, it really throws the toolbar layout real bad.

Also, just my personal taste but I don't like the mouseover affect on the start menu, maybe try for a dull white for the mouseover instead?

I'll keep on testing though.
